TIDEL Park

TIDEL Park Coimbatore is an information technology (IT) park situated in the city of Coimbatore, India. The name TIDEL is a portmanteau of TIDCO and ELCOT and also named after Tidel Park at Chennai. It was set up in 2006 to foster the growth of information technology in other districts of Tamil Nadu by TIDEL Park Ltd, a joint venture of Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO) and Electronics Corporation of Tamil Nadu (ELCOT).

 

TIDEL Park Coimbatore is located near the six-lane Arterial Avinashi Road behind the Coimbatore Medical College in Peelamedu and 4 km from Coimbatore International Airport.

KCT Tech Park

KCT Tech Park, an information technology (IT) park situated in Coimbatore, India. It is a unit of Ramanandha Adigalar Foundation and is operational since 2008. KCT Tech Park is located at Kumaraguru College of Technology (KCT).

The project is located in Saravanampatti, quite practically the IT Corridor of the city with the region housing a large share of IT businesses at Coimbatore, 12 km from Coimbatore International Airport. KCT Tech Park is built to international standards, using post-tension construction technology.

CHIL IT Park

Proposed SEZ IT Park by CHIL - Coimbatore Hi-tech Infrastructure Private Limited, the first Special Economic Zone initiated in the region by the pioneer in the IT face of Coimbatore.

CHIL IT Park is promoted by KGiSL, Coimbatore’s first global IT company, part of US$ 500 million KG Group of Companies. Having envisaged that Coimbatore would eventually develop as a tier-2 IT hub, KGiSL initiated the region’s first SEZ.
